How to Measure Your Door

Measure the door frame from the inside edge — that’s the length you need. If you’re between sizes, go up. A draft excluder a couple of centimeters longer than the door simply curves up the frame on both ends and still seals the gap.

Materials & Filling Guide

The cover is woven from polyester or cotton-blend yarn. Polyester holds color longer and shrugs off stains. Cotton blend feels softer and drapes more naturally. Both wash the same — remove the cover, machine wash cold, air dry.

The filling decides the weight and how well the excluder stays put:

• Polyester stuffing — light and fluffy. Good for interior doors that get opened and moved around a lot.
  
  
• Sand blend — heavy, hugs the floor, stays exactly where you put it. The choice for front doors and drafty exteriors.
  
  
• Rice blend — a middle weight, traditional feel, easy to ship
  
  

Mixed filling is available on request — heavier through the middle, lighter at the ends — so the excluder seals the gap while the corners stay flexible.

Daily Use & Care

Slide the excluder against the door, gap side down. That’s it — it works by weight and shape. No installation, no tools, no adhesive.

Need the door open wide? Lift it off and hook the loops over the door handle — out of the way until you need it again.

Care is simple:

• Shake it out now and then — keeps dust from building up along the base

• Air dry — skip the dryer, it keeps the weave and piping sharp

Common Questions

Where does the pattern show? Both sides. The weave runs through the fabric, so the front and back look the same.

Can we add a logo? Yes — a jacquard-woven logo, a woven label, or a printed hang tag. Your brand on the cover, your label on the package.

Can the filling be changed after production? No — the filling is sealed inside the inner tube. Decide on the weight before production and the cover and tube are built around it.

How many designs should a store start with? Most customers open with two or three patterns, then reorder the ones that move. Seasonal designs tend to sell fastest in fall and winter.
